2. Defeat Bosses for Spirit-Boosting Consumables
Defeating bosses in PoE2 can provide more than just loot; certain bosses drop Spirit-boosting consumables that permanently increase your Spirit. As you explore Wraeclast, keep an eye out for these valuable drops.

The King in the Mists is one such boss. This boss can be found during Act 1 as part of the Ominous Altars quest from Finn. To find this boss, head to the Hunting Grounds and search for the Freythorn area. Once you locate Freythorn, deactivate the mysterious Altars and defeat The King in the Mists, who will drop the Gembloom Skull, granting a 30 Spirit boost.

Bosses across the world will also drop similar consumables, so be sure to track down boss icons on the map and defeat these enemies. This not only boosts your Spirit but rewards you with valuable loot and crafting materials.
